Givaudan, one of the global leaders in fragrance and beauty, is proud to present Bloomful™ Splash and Bloom Drops, two new revolutionary solutions crafted to enhance the olfactory perception of hair and personal wash products. Enriching the existing Bloomful™ platform, able to define and measure the bloom in various applications, they trigger a captivating bloom effect during two key moments sought and expected by the consumers: when the fragrance becomes instantly noticeable to one’s olfactory senses, and when the fragrance fills the surrounding space.
Bloom represents a pivotal stage when the consumer encounters the fascinating scent emanating from a water-diluted product throughout its various wet stages, creating a truly immersive and key sensory moment. Recognising that a substantial number of users (68% for shampoo and 52% for shower gel*) place the utmost importance on the fragrance during the lathering stage, Bloomful Splash™ offers consumers a mesmerising journey, amplifying and boosting the ‘bloom’ outcome, to intensify the fragrance, elevating the overall delight shower routine.
Bloom Drops is the second innovative solution developed to strengthen and transform the sensory experience. This collection of six perfumery accords is infused with Givaudan’s signature captives to deliver a superior ‘bloom’ impact. Even at lower dosages, they demonstrate a significant increase in execution compared to fragrances that do not feature them.
“Bloomful™ Splash, a patent pending innovation, represents a significant advancement in fragrance technology. It is the result of developing a ‘bloom’ olfactory effect at both the ingredient level with Bloom drops and composition levels with Bloomful Splash™, combined with our expertise in optimising creation rules for optimal performance.”

Available to all Givaudan perfumers, those two innovations are designed to enlarge their creative process, allowing them to design fragrances that are both intense in the shower and captivating mid-air.
